Laser induced current test system
The laser beam-induced current imaging system is used to measure the photoelectric response signal of photoelectric materials and characterize the photoelectric properties of the photoelectric system.
Applications:
The system is based on the measurement principle of laser beam-induced current, and displays the non-uniformity of the photoelectric material's response to the optical signal in a quantifiable and visual manner. Through this system, for example, the inhomogeneity of the photovoltaic current of solar cells can be studied, the quantum efficiency of photoelectric devices and the distribution characteristics of device resistance can be explored, the characteristics of micro-area of device absorption and charge generation, and the quality distribution of photoelectric material interface and semiconductor junction area can be studied.
