Vacuum ultraviolet spectrometer
VS7550 is a miniature CzernyTurner spectrometer, with excellent speed, extremely wide spectral range and high spectral resolution, with software control of the slit size, input f, sequential sorting filter, grating angle and dark exposure.
VS7550 is a miniature CzernyTurner spectrometer with excellent speed, wide spectral range and high spectral resolution. It has software control of the slit size, input f, sequential sorting filter, grating angle and dark exposure. For VUV operation, the spectrometer has an ultra-high vacuum window and laminar flow purification system, which allows the operation of short-wavelength cutting (MgF2) in the window. The spectrometer is small, portable, and can be installed in your hand. It has a 5 meter cable and is free to operate. The accessories include a spectrum calibration lamp building, a multi-spectral field plane light source and some other accessories, such as telescopes, vacuum adapters, and flow controllers.
Software and drivers
A PC software package that controls all spectrometer functions, displays and stores spectral data is provided.
