As a subsidiary company of the Microelectronics Electromagnetic Photonics Microwave Laboratory (IMEP-LAHC), located in the Micro and Nano Technology Innovation Center (Minatec), it provides a dust-free environment and laboratory bench for R&D and manufacturing. M2 laser bubble analysis probe system: relies on the laser reflection of the probe for measurement operations. The sensor is highly sensitive to changes in the refractive index of the surrounding phase, and can measure the change of gas and liquid phases in a given area; speed measurement is based on the rise time of the signal reflected on the gas-liquid interface sensor probe; the instrument contacts the probe through the gas phase For monitoring, it can be used in environments with high viscosity and no optical conditions.
