The equipment consists of a simulated spray gun, a helmet, a host plus a display screen, and a magnetic field tracker. Build a virtual reality spray booth to simulate spray painting training in a VR immersive simulation environment, follow up and evaluate in real time, and analyze information.
2. Function
All kinds of spray guns are free to choose
Provide a variety of operation workpiece options

3. Technical characteristics
• The instructor will get a detailed chart analysis:
• The number of passes, and the trajectory of each spray paint being tracked in space
• The thickness of the applied paint and various defects (spill, dry spray, orange peel)
• The system provides lecturers with the following information:
• Evaluation of the success rate of global spray painting projects
• For each level, the degree of mastery is analyzed according to 5 criteria:
• The distance of the spray gun-spraying in layers
• Propulsion speed
• Horizontal and vertical angles
• Spray paint transfer effect
