High temperature titanium heating plate up to 600 ℃
The high-temperature heating plate can reach a maximum temperature of 600°C within 20 minutes. The upper tray is made of titanium with a total area of 280×200mm. The total area of the constant temperature zone is 230×160mm. Due to the special heat insulation treatment, the device can be placed on a heat-sensitive surface. The surrounding metal layer keeps the shell at the lowest temperature.
The insulated cover can reduce the heat to the minimum at any time and the heating time is the shortest. The gap between the sealing cover and the hot plate is kept at 26mm to ensure high temperature accuracy and high-intensity heating of smooth parts. The whole shell is made of stainless steel.
The temperature controller is connected by two plug-in cables.
The programmable controller can carry out the control of a specific program, including the heating stage, the holding stage and the cooling stage.
