2. Accumulation of positioning and machining tolerances will cause slight distortion of the vertical force applied to the battery pack. This distortion will cause relative displacement between the MEA component and the bipolar plate, affect the size and shape of the utility pipe, and cause fluid between single cells. Uneven distribution.
3. The controllability of the pressure applied during the packaging process is poor, and it is easy to cause damage to the membrane electrode and the electrode plate.
4. In the process of using the screw to tighten, the screw will provide a certain pressing force, and the pressure sensor cannot be the actual pressure inside the reactor. At this time, if you simply rely on the feedback control of the pressure sensor to apply a constant pressure to the stack to assemble the stack , It is easy to cause damage to the membrane electrode and the electrode plate.
