  1. Introduction

  An instrument for measuring the amplitude distribution of electrical pulse signals. It classifies the pulse signal according to the magnitude of the amplitude and records the number of each type of signal. It is often used to analyze the output signal of the ray detector and measure the energy spectrum of the ray.
