3. Technical Principle
When X-rays pass through the gas in the sensitive volume of the ionization chamber, a large number of electrons and positive ions are generated in the gas. Under the action of the electric field in the ionization chamber, the electrons and positive ions in the ionization chamber drift to the positive and negative electrodes, respectively
