Due to its own particularity, pipelines in the nuclear energy industry require long-term inspections to ensure the safety of the pipelines. We provide remote operation robots with different diameter ranges, which are especially suitable for complex pipeline systems.
2. Technical features
All functions such as inspection, grinding, polishing, ultrasonic flaw detection, diameter measurement, laser inspection, circle measurement, thickness measurement, cutting, coating, cleaning, vacuum adsorption, etc. inside the tube can be realized through remote operation.
3. Technical Principle
The robot detection system consists of two or more drive elements and a detection head. The detection speed of two DC motors per drive unit in both directions is up to 200 m/h and the bending radius can pass 1.5D or more smoothly.
