Robot temperature compensation system
Dynalog has specially developed the AccuBeam robot temperature compensation system, which has ensured that the robot can adapt to the impact of temperature changes on the robot.
Nowadays, the manufacturing industry increasingly relies on robots to perform related production processes such as cutting, welding, spraying, and assembly. In order to meet the high-precision requirements of the modern manufacturing industry, while the robot has good accuracy and repeatability, it must also be protected from the surrounding temperature changes and the robot's self-heating. For this reason, Dynalog has specially developed the AccuBeam robot temperature compensation system, which has ensured that the robot can adapt to the impact of temperature changes on the robot.

working principle
Use laser to calibrate the distance between two points and compare the constancy of the distance to judge whether the accuracy of the robot changes with temperature.
