Telemed was formed by three young ultrasound engineers in March 1992. They were previously working at the well-known research organization "VNIIRIP". Utilize the capabilities of personal computers to process ultrasound signals and images, reduce system complexity, and transfer the main processing from complex and unreliable multi-board hardware to the PC. Telemed designs and develops all products on its own, including high-level software (GUI), low-level software (drivers) and SDK. The main software environment is MS Windows. SDK and GUI can be used on MS Windows and Android devices, tablets and mobile phones. Telemed is working on developing advanced scanning modes, such as ultrasound elastography and CMUT imaging.
Applications:
Telemed's main OEM customers are partners who want to integrate/integrate ultrasound imaging with their own non-imaging equipment.
