As long as the LEIPS standard software is used, the electronic affinity can be easily calculated.
After entering the measurement parameters, start the measurement. The spectrum of the sample and the LEIPS spectrum can be measured at the same time.
With simple operations, the degree of vacuum and electron affinity can be calculated on the measurement results
On the calculation screen, the energy value of any part of the spectrum can be read directly by just using the cursor
If the measurement data is to be used for analysis, it is saved in a csv file format
