The Cygnus Mini ROV installable thickness gauge is specially designed to be installed on a small observation ROV with or without manipulator facilities. The combination of this seabed thickness gauge and VideoRay will enable operators to perform ultrasonic thickness measurements in areas previously impossible with large ROVs or divers. No need to remove the coating!

Cygnus Topside Repeater remote display unit Cygnus Topside Repeater is a remote display unit connected to the meter via an umbilical cable. It displays the surface thickness measurement value in real time during the measurement process. The Topside Repeater with video overlay can also overlay the real-time thickness measurement results on the composite video signal and display it on the survey monitor screen. It will then also be recorded (if there is a video of the survey), showing the exact location and thickness measurement for future reference.
