  Basic Introduction:

  The nRichDX Revolution Sample Prep System is designed to purify cfDNA, exosomes, microvesicles, CTCs, and other cancer biomarkers from 1–20 mL of blood, plasma, urine, and other biological fluids. The patented technology is centered on the single-use Revolution nRicher Cartridge that combines extraction, enrichment, and concentration without the need for transfer steps.

  The IVD-labeled nRichDX Revolution Sample Prep System is an unprecedented, innovative solution: combining an industry-leading target recovery rate of up to 80% with the ability to process total volumes up to 50 mL. The combination of larger samples and higher recovery rates translates to significantly more analytes to deliver accurate molecular diagnostic results at low allele frequencies.
