The laboratory setup SCT-LAB has everything to make your life easy for fast crystallization screening. The batch type approach allows fast screening whilst assuring low product consumption.
The SCT-LAB setup fits in all classic fume hoods, isolators, confined spaces, and so on. Inter-test cleaning of the reactor setup is easy and straightforward. Different types of mixers exist for cooling and antisolvent crystallization experiments.
Using the SCT-LAB allows the study of correct polymorph nucleation, operational zonewidth determination, test reproducibility and influence of parameter variability, robustness of ruling conditions, yield, and many more.

Precise temperature control optimazing nucleation.SCT-LAB is equipped with a heating element reaching up to 85℃ for the solution, whereas the antisolvent syringe can be heated to the same temperature or even cooled down to 5℃.
Multiple mixer inserts enhancing versatility. Whether you want to cool crystallization or crystallize the antisovlent, the instrument seamlessly integrates several microfluidic mixers which are positioned right before the entry of the reactor.
Application:
Secoya Crystallization Technology enables to nucleate small organic and inorganicmolecules in a controlled way. This results in the direct production of the desired crystalline material size from 1 to 400 µm with a narrow distribution.
Secoya Crystallization Technology,Seamless scale up from lab test to production validation. Thanks to the robustness of the crystallization technology, the parameter set is determined during the laboratory scale screening phase to achieve the desired particle size and distribution. This set is validated at pilot scale during kilogram testing before parallelization towards production scale.
