The Aurora 1300A live, in-situ, and in-vivo muscle testing technology control and analysis software will be pre-installed in the host computer. Operation preparation before experiment, data collection and data analysis can all pass our control and analysis software
(DMC/DMA) completed in a few minutes. The rest length, rest strength, stimulation and other parameters and the experiment plan can all be set through the control software (DMC). The computer desktop will also provide an expanded library of standard experimental programs, including: twitch tension, tonic contraction tension, fatigue, force-stimulation frequency, force-contraction rate, hardness and work cycle, etc.
Technical principle:
By integrating the three technologies of live muscle testing, in situ muscle testing and in vitro muscle testing into one system, researchers can capture the full picture of rodent muscle physiology. The test system is equipped with an experimental platform device for mice or rats (which can be combined with a temperature controller), and can be used with different clamps to fix the animal's body and hind limbs on a platform to maintain stability during the experiment. In addition, through simple replacement, the animal platform of the device can be replaced with a 25ml lateral bathtub for in vitro muscle testing experiments. This system also uses AuroraScientific's flagship dual-mode muscle lever system; a dual-mode sensor that can not only measure force and length, but also has the ability to control force and length. Based on the powerful capabilities of the dual-mode sensor, only one connection point between the muscle sample and the dual-mode sensor can be used to measure and control the strength and length at the same time, which greatly reduces the experimental operation time and also improves Increased data productivity. In addition, the system is also equipped with a high-energy biphasic stimulator and corresponding electrodes.
