Our single-point Kelvin probe system is the beginning of the KP technology range. This economical system enables users to quickly record fixed data in many different modes of matching survey samples. For fast events, the Kelvin probe system can record work function measurements per minute, or the system will track the evolution of slow work functions over time. It also provides a perfect platform that can be easily upgraded to additional modules for scanning, air photoelectric effect and surface photovoltage.
The surface photovoltage spectroscopy system provides a perfect integrated solution for the in-depth study of photosensitive materials (such as organic semiconductors, solar cells or photosensitive dyes). This system provides a comprehensive test mode including the use of a built-in optical chopper to conduct DC or AC surface photovoltage research. All parameters of fully digital control, including light intensity and wavelength (400-700 nm or 400-1000 nm) provide a way to study the quality, surface characteristics and defect status of the sample.
For those light-sensitive materials (such as: solar cells and photosensitive dyes) are interested in research. The SPV010 or SPV020 module is the ideal upgrade to any of our Kelvin probe systems. 150 watt DC variable light intensity adjusts the quartz tungsten halogen bulb to reach the open circuit potential or evaluate the quality of the latest roll-to-roll silicon solar cells.
