Low noise test:
The maximum vibration velocity measured by OFV-505/5000 is up to 10m/s, and the maximum bandwidth is up to 2.5MHz. The user can select a displacement decoder to obtain the displacement directly through phase decoding. Compared with the velocity integral to obtain the displacement, the displacement decoder adopts the fringe counting principle to avoid the large errors caused by the problems of zero drift in the low-frequency domain.

The working principle of the equipment:
The Buzz-2150 high-temperature vacuum elastic modulus instrument is installed at the bottom of the furnace body to generate mechanical vibrations to force the sample to fully vibrate. The laser detector on the top of the furnace body accurately measures the vibration frequency generated by the sample being excited, and the vibration frequency signal passes The amplifier is recorded in the system, including all the information of the vibration wave, until the vibration fails. Then the system software finally calculates the material's elastic modulus, shear modulus, Poisson's ratio and other related data based on the measured material vibration frequency, material density and other related data.
