System Overview
InSplorer is a turnkey multimodal nonlinear endoscopic imaging system that supports various imaging modalities including two-photon (2P), three-photon (3P) fluorescence imaging, second and third harmonic generation (SHG, THG), and coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS). The system operates through connection with an independent control cabinet, which houses the laser, opto-electronic modules, and dedicated image acquisition and processing software.
Available Laser Sources:
Pulsed femtosecond or picosecond lasers
Optional integrated laser module for a fully stand-alone system
If the user already has a laser, it can be connected to the InSplorer system using the FemtoGuide delivery fiber (or any FC/PC connector-compatible fiber)
Software Platform – ImageVivo:
Custom software dedicated to endoscope probe calibration and image acquisition
